Often referred to as the “Finance Criteria King,” he has an exceptional understanding of lender appetite, criteria, and how to structure even the most complex transactions to get them across the line.

A multi award-winning broker, Gindy has helped hundreds of property investors grow and scale their portfolios, as well as supporting business owners in securing funding to acquire and expand their premises. His strong relationships with lenders, combined with his strategic approach and detailed knowledge of the market, consistently deliver the right outcomes for his clients.

Beyond his day-to-day role, Gindy is a property investor and landlord himself, having undertaken numerous developments over the years. This hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of the challenges his clients face — he doesn’t just arrange funding, he lives the journey too.

Away from finance, Gindy is a huge football fan and has been a loyal season ticket holder at Derby County for many years. Whether he’s at Pride Park or reviewing lender criteria late into the evening, his commitment and enthusiasm are always clear to see.
